Confusion reigned supreme as the zookeepers/staff/experts scrambled to restore order/calm/control.

A downpour of snow outside led to an unexpected situation inside the penguin enclosure yesterday. One of the flighty penguins, named Percy, lost his balance on the wet surface and went down. Zookeeper Emily, who was watching, quickly rushed to Perry's aid, ensuring he didn't sustain any injuries. Thankfully, the penguin was unharmed and within minutes hopped, shaking off the event as if it never happened.
